Man Pleads Guilty To 7th Drunk Driving Offense
50-year-old Dennis Davies of
Grand Rapids
pleaded guilty Thursday to his seventh drunk driving offense. His guilty plea could result in up to 10 years in prison. Davies was reportedly arrested on September 25th after motorists reported a reckless diver along U.S. 131. Officers pulled over Davies near M-82 and arrested him after he refused a breath test. In addition to prior alcohol-related offenses, Davies has reportedly been in and out of prison on burglary, drug and weapons offenses.
