Man Faces Murder Charges Following Crash

On Saturday, Jerod Davidson from West Virginia drove his 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee the wrong way on I-275 in Van Buren Township and crashed, head-on into another vehicle killing the driver.  It is being reported that Davidson was arraigned yesterday on charges of second-degree murder, operating while intoxicated-second offense, operating while intoxicated causing death and reckless driving causing death.  A preliminary examination is scheduled for May 11 ^th.
