Man Arrested, Found Behind Wheel With 40-Ounce Beer
It is being reported that the Flint police were called to East Court Street after someone spotted a "suspicious driver." Upon arrival at the scene, police found a 38-year-old man passed out behind the wheel with a 40-ounce bottle of beer between his legs. Police also found substances on the man that are suspected to be cocaine and marijuana. Breathalyzer results allegedly revealed that he had blood alcohol level of .25. The man was arrested for dunk driving and lodged at the Genesee County Jail.
