Fast Food Craving Ends In Arrest

Over the weekend, a woman complained to police that her car was struck from behind while she was in the drive-through line of a Burger King located at Rochester Road and Big Beaver.   Police found the vehicle and talked with the driver.   She reportedly told police that she was sorry about the incident at Burger King but explained that the other cars in line were going too slow in her opinion so she “pushed” them.   Police allege that the woman smelled of alcohol and had glassy, bloodshot eyes so they administered field sobriety tests which she supposedly failed.   The woman was arrested for suspicion of drunken driving and a warrant was obtained for a blood draw however, the results of the test remain unknown.
