Man Wearing Pink Tube-Top Arrested For Drugs
News reports have indicated that police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked outside an apartment complex in Van Buren County Monday night. When they arrived, authorities found a man, sweating profusely, wearing a woman’s pink tube-top with his pants undone and pulled down.
When the man was questioned by police, he allegedly admitted to being high on cocaine and allegedly told the police he had cocaine in his vehicle.
He also reportedly told police that his pants were down because he was sick and that he parked his vehicle because it was no longer safe for him to drive.
Police searched the vehicle and reportedly found 1.5 grams of suspected cocaine.
The
Indiana
man was then arrested on
suspicion of cocaine possession and taken to the Van Buren County Jail.
If you have been charged with a drug crime, letting a
Michigan drug crimes lawyerreview your case is one of the most important things you can do. You need someone on your side in court. By conducting an independent investigation, your lawyer may discover that law enforcement actually did not conduct a valid search and that the evidence obtained during that search may be inadmissible. This alone would greatly impact a case. You have the right to be protected from an unlawful search and seizure by law enforcement personnel. You also have the right to legal counsel in the face of any criminal charges, and this includes drug crimes.
