Man Suspected Of Drunken Driving After Hitting Police Car
It is being reported that a Rochester Police officer was stopped, helping a motorist in need, when a man crashed his car into the police car. After the crash, the man allegedly admitted to drinking alcohol before the accident. Sobriety tests were administered and the man reportedly failed them all. Hospital
where they drew his blood to determine the man’s blood alcohol content. He had allegedly refused to take the breathalyzer test. He was then held at the police station until sober. Police are seeking a warrant for
